Syöte National Park

–

Syöte National Park derives its name from Finland’s southernmost fell, Iso-Syöte. In addition to fells and slopes, the treasures of Syöte National Park include primeval forests, spruce copses, and marshes. Nice trekking paths crisscross through rugged wilderness, making it easy to observe the northern nature in Syöte National Park any time of the year. For those travelling on skis, the great skiing trails beginning near the tourist resorts in Syöte offer nice resting places with campfires. Thanks to the cabins along these routes, where you can spend the night, there is no reason why you couldn’t go hiking or skiing even for several days.
