LumiAreena is at the heart of the Syöte tourist centre in Pudasjärvi. The modern log building is a public investment by the municipality of Pudasjärvi and was completed in late 2019. It offers a total of 1,400 square metres of space.
LumiAreena houses the tourist information office of Pudasjärvi and the Syöte central booking office. They provide information on services and accommodation options in the area.
The LumiAreena lobby has about 150 square metres of open space for a pop-up store, which is rented to changing tenants. The ground floor has hall space for events of up to 400–500 people all year round. It can be used for corporate and private events, concerts and a range of indoor sports, for example.
